My boot doesn't appear to be the same color as the boot on your site?
All of our boots are made from sheepskin hide that comes from Australia. The leather is of extremely high quality. With sheepskin leather the material varies from hide to hide therefore, the boots will vary from boot to boot. Slight color variations can occur because each hide is different.
How do I select the right size?
Our boots are only manufactured in full sizes. Order the regular USA size you normally wear. If you always wear a 1/2 size, round up to the next size. Ugg Boots fit snug. They're tight at first but they will stretch and mold to your feet as you wear them.
What brand and label is on the boot?
We only sell original Australian handmade sheepskin branded boots (Ugg Boots Original Australian) they have been manufactured in Australia for 50 years.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my product?
We do except exchanges for new styles, colors or sizes. We do not give refunds. You will have to pay all return shipping fees.
Are Ugg Boots water proof?
Ugg boots are considered to be water resistant. A small amount of light rain will not damage your boots but you should definitely avoid getting them wet. If you accidentally get them wet, do not wear them. Let them dry away from the sun in a cool place for at least 48 hours. They will feel tight at first, but will stretch when you wear them.
